Blackfoot Joins FCC’s Pledge to Keep Americans Connected

Blackfoot has joined the FCC’s Keep Americans Connected initiative to ensure continuous service during the coronavirus outbreak. In joining this pledge, Blackfoot commits to the following:

  1. Blackfoot will not terminate service to any customer due to an inability to pay bills
  2. Blackfoot will waive late fees
  3. Blackfoot will open Wi-Fi hot spots to any customer who needs them

“Our commitment to this pledge will be in place for the next 60 days,” said Laura Maedche, Blackfoot Customer Operations Manager. “This can be a difficult time for some of our customers, and we hope this approach allows our community to focus on their health and to support the safety of those around them.”
