Innovation Initiative – Speed Networking

In this informative and interactive 90 minute workshop, you will discover why traditional networking techniques don’t work anymore and learn how to be more effective at bringing in new business. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, you may want to attend:

  • Are you discovering that your efforts in paid-for networking events are not “paying off”?
  • Are you frustrated because it seems as though your 15, 30 or 60 second commercials are not getting the response you have been hoping for?
  • Have you found the referrals that you are receiving are sometimes less than qualified?
  • Have you felt that it has been a challenge to completely ‘work the room’?
  • Do you find that you’re sometimes not comfortable with networking overall?

All of these issues, and many more, will be covered in Power Networking!

Innovation Initiative – Developing Your Team Strategically

All businesses need a full range of skills to be able to survive and grow. Unfortunately, many business leaders struggle with the “need” to hire people to perform specific tasks and the “desire” to design a team based upon long-term strategy. How do we identify the right mix of skills and people? How do we mitigate the risk of misalignment or wrong hire? What strategies work best when designing a team? How do we grow, expand and drive the team toward key skills? In this session with Colleen Rudio, we will tackle these questions, identify key challenges, explore proven techniques and tools; and start building a framework to support your efforts.
