Enjoy beautiful views from the top floor of the Garlington, Lohn & Robinson building in downtown Missoula. This newly finished LEED-certified building, financed with new market tax credits, offers revealing views of the surrounding downtown and is a prime example of the kind of beautiful, mixed-use projects we’re looking to attract to our community. There, you’ll enjoy drinks and appetizers as well as connect with key Missoula stakeholders and business leaders.

Every community has planning and permitting processes. Learn how our newly minted Development Services is making Missoula’s easier to navigate and more focused on customer service.

Jump on a bus with Mayor Engen and tour in and around Missoula’s core, including five major development zones for commercial, retail and multifamily housing. You’ll also get exclusive previews of newly slated projects and learn how the city helped developers make them happen.
